Hi Judge Nicola J. James here, I'm running as your Incumbent to be re-elected as your Bell County Justice of the Peace Precinct 4, Place 2.

In 2023, with your votes, we broke records, and I know we can do it again in 2026.

I welcome the opportunity to introduce myself to some and reaffirm my presence with others.

I am a wife, mother, friend, and advocate for individuals who are or have experienced domestic violence and Sex/Human Trafficking.

When sworn in as an elected official on January 3, 2023, I was silently reminded of the task of serving with integrity, impartiality, and compassion within the law.

With over 20 years of experience, my expectation as the Justice of the Peace for Precinct 4 Place 2 comprises:

• resolving pending cases in the precinct,

• providing transparency within the law,

• collaborating with community leaders to improve the county's recidivism of offenders, and

• providing a safe space for individuals experiencing mental health issues.
